CENTER POLICY & AGREEMENT 2023-2024
In order to streamline our operations to provide better services in an efficient manner and to ensure the provision of optimal services to your child, the center requires the parents and guardians of our clients to agree and adhere to the following:
Provide Adequate And Healthy Meals
All parents are requested to send homemade meals and snacks for their children to promote healthy development of mind and body.
Junk food is strictly NOT ALLOWED at the center:
Potato chips, Chocolate, Sweets/candy, Croissants, Biscuits, Cake, Artificially flavored drinks/juice
These foods are highly processed, have a high sugar content and contain additives which can have detrimental effects on the health of your child:
- high blood pressure
- hyperactive behavior
- inability to concentrate
- retarded growth
- fatigue
- weight gain
In addition to the above, children who are on a medically prescribed diet get distracted when they see junk food, and accidentally consuming such food at the center can throw them off balance. Please consider other students in this regard.
You are requested to prepare lunch according to a healthy meal plan. Please help us implement healthy eating habits at the center.
Practice Personal Hygiene
Students should come to the center well groomed and in clean clothes. Our therapists and teachers work with students in close proximity and lack of hygiene will not be tolerated. All students must adhere to the following:
- Trim fingernails and toenails every week.
- Not only are untrimmed nails unhygienic, other students could be harmed
- Get a haircut every month
- Wear clean and pressed clothes
- Wear clean socks and shoes
- Wear deodorant
- Make sure they take a shower everyday

Medication Notice
The health and safety of our students is a priority at ILC. All parents are obligated to notify the management if their child is on medication or in the event their medical prescription has changed.
Note the center will strictly NOT take responsibility for administering medication to students.
Jewelry is not allowed
Please note that children are not sent to the center with any kind of jewelry. Dangling earrings can especially be dangerous as another child can pull on them and cause an injury. Moreover, other types of earrings and bangles made of gold or other precious metals/stones are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. The center is not responsible for the loss of these items. Your cooperation is requested.
Make Payment Of Fees On Time
Fee has to be paid 1 month in advance on the 29th day of every month. Failure in following the policy will cause your child to be restricted from entering the center premises. In case your child has enrolled at the center in the middle of the month, you will be required to pay fees for the full month.
For the Full-Day Program, fees for 12 months will be charged regardless of the child not attending due to taking a vacation break or for any other reason. In the event fees for the missed period are not paid on time, the child will be deregistered from the center, and the parent will be required to pay fees for the missed period to the center in order to register their child at the center.
Refunds
Program fees are non-refundable if the child withdraws from the program 3 days after starting.
Observe Punctuality In Catching The Bus
The bus driver shall not wait longer than 5 mins after giving the parents a call. This is to ensure that the bus does not cause a delay in picking other students, and reaches the center before 08:50 AM. They must also be collected from the bus on time while returning from the center.
